These come with a leather upper, leather lining, and an OrthoLite® X25™ open cell foam insole. The diabetic-friendly shoes feature a round toe shape, double hook-and-loop strap, and firm heel counter for added support and comfort padded collar and tongue.

I have suffered with shoes squeezing my toes even though they are Wide. These shoes are amazing. I wore them for work and not one thought of my feet or toes. EXCELLENT SHOES. It is important to move up one size. I wear 8 and got 8.5. AMAZING.

I really wanted these shoes, but for some reason, the right shoe hit me at the wrong spot on the outside of my ankle, causing a sharp feeling like some needle was attacking me. I guess I need another pair, so I will be sending these back.
