Too small - not true to fit. Returned and rather than credit my card, I received a store credit! I already had ordered a new pair, sized up. They said 6-8 weeks for a check to be mailed!

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
I really liked this boot, however, I ordered a 61/2 which is my normal size but it seemed like a size 5. I could not get my foot in. I then ordered a 7 and although I could get my foot in it was very tight. I never ordered from this company and there weren’t any reviews. 71/2 is not available. I’ll keep trying.
