Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

Really liked these but they were a half size too large. Beyond that, I received a pair that were returned. They weren't worn, but the repackaging was dismal. It's on both Zappos to check the condition, but also the original purchaser to at least spend 1 minute to put the packing in the shoes and shoes back in the sleeves. Come on! We can all do better.
