- The Nike® Winflo 11 shoes feature responsive cushioning that provides a balanced ride for everyday runs. Experience energy return with a combination of Cushlon 3.0 foam and a full-length Nike Air unit in the midsole. Plus, an elastic midfoot band helps accommodate a variety of fits and activities. These lace-up sneakers are made of a Breathable engineered mesh upper, polyester insole, and polyester lining. They are designed with a spacious forefoot, reflective details, wider heels, and even better breathability.

I loved the Pegasus 38 shoe and had two pairs for dance. The new Pegasus don't quite fit like the 38s, and I tried these as a close alternative. They are fantastic for dance on dance floors. The sole allows me to pivot and these are plenty flexible to go into high releve. They are lighter weight than the tradition Nike dance shoe Air Force 1s.

Nike used to be such a great shoe. For years they were well made and answered my need for a round toe and cushioned insole. This is my 3rd try and my last try. Good bye Nike.

Nike Winflo 11 Women's running shoe is the greatest. They are durable, strong and extremely comfortable with extra cushion making being on your feet all day much easier.
