These shoes feature forefoot flex grooves that give you flexibility where you need it, while the elasticized midfoot band accommodates a variety of fits and activities. They are made of a cushioned insole and Cushlon 3.0 foam midsole with a full-length Nike Air unit. These lace-up shoes are designed with a spacious forefoot, a wider heel, and offer even better breathability.
