Had to return, though I needed the style. Wish I could recall how many returns I've had to make simply because of manufacturers' blindness to the problem of using a totally inflexible outsole which mandates that the human heel slip out of shoe at every step. Earth to designers and manufacturers: It is impossible to walk in these totally stiff shoes!!!

Naturalizer runs too large in the heel for me. If I get something narrower than a AA, it's too tight everywhere else.
Tragic
Zappos has lost its way. These shoes had definitely been returned because the packaging was in disarray. NO ONE BOTHERED TO LOOK INSIDE THE BOX BEFORE PUTTING IT BACK ON THE SHELF OR SENDING IT OUT TO ME.
