The leather is SOOOO soft, and the footbed is the perfect amount of squishy. There isn't any arch support, but I had to add an insole to take up extra width, so that wasn't a problem for me. The width was crazy wide on me. This is the 2nd pair I've tried (the first was too short) and both were wide, so I don't think I just got an "off" pair. I had to size up to get the length right, and as I said, they were way wide. Even with an insole pulled from another shoe that included an arch support, there was still room for my finger. The shoes are so soft and comfy though, I'll keep the insole in and wear them.

These are my favorite shoes. I’m going to buy them in both colors. They go with anything - dress them up or down. They have a small amount of grip on the bottom that most flats don’t seem to have. I rode my bike everyday to work and these have been perfect for that. BUY THEM. You won’t regret it.

These shoes! They're amazing! Soft and comfortable from the first moment I put them on. They are casual enough to wear with jeans, but nice enough to wear with chinos/slacks for work. I used to wear ballet flats all the time, but felt like I wanted try something a little more modern and stylish, but still in line with my casual vibe and these fit the bill perfectly. I plan to buy them in more colors. I'm a size 8 in most shoes though sometimes am a 7.5 in some brands, and the 8 fit perfectly on me.
