I love these sandals. I'm fairly certain that they were already worn when I received them, but I needed them for a party so I kept them anyway. They were super comfortable (even with my flat feet), and very stylish. So if someone did wear them and return them, I guess she broke them in for me! But her loss--these are keepers, even at this price.

Although I, too, found that the buckle strap with holes didn’t have enough holes to loosen the strap, I still love these Kailee shoes. The heel is attractive and just enough to keep them from being flats and the straps are very soft and comfortable. My feet are wide-ish in the forefoot so I ordered size 39 which is 8 1/2-9 US even though I normally wear an 8 or 8W. In these 39s I have plenty of room in the toe box and everywhere except for the strap with holes. But I was able to punch another hole closer to the end of the strap and now they fit perfectly. I ordered these in red hoping that they leaned more orange red than blue red and they do. Looking at them alone you would say they were just red but up against blue red you’d see a difference. They are just right for my red dress that leans slightly orange.
