I wanted to love these but they're just not quite right. The width is narrower than average, the height not quite high enough, and the calves too tight to wear over any jeans. They could use more arch support as well.
They do have a nice thick grippy heel that seems like it would work well in winter, and the leather is nice. It's too bad I will have to return.

The foot portion felt to big and clunky for me. And also dug into my ankles where the foot portion and the calf meet. Though I love the look. For that reason I wanted to keep them.
