I've worn Merrell's with the toe wrap for years. The Terran Post ii was perfect. They aren't available anymore. The Terran post 4 are hard, no flex, arch no in the right place and the Velcro strap is useless. If I use it to tighten the strap, the part that sticks is way too long and doesn't attach. The old ones weren't broken so why did they change it? So disappointed.

This sandal has a hard sole that presses up on my arch and metatarsal, much less cushiony feeling than other Merrell sandals I’ve purchased. Unfortunately, the ones I liked so much have been discontinued. I hoped this shoe, though it’s ugly, it would be comfortable like other Merrell shoes, but one of its extraneous straps runs across the toes and rubs on my little toe. It’s a useless strap. The shoes would stay on without it and without little string-like fabric strap that must be there to attract dirt. I miss the older models. Returned and will look for a better Merrell sandal.

I love Merrell sandals and I just wish they would quit changing out the style of the Merrell Terran Post! I really don't like this pair at all.

This is my third pair of Merrell Terran's. I have worn out the other two and decided it was time to replace at least one of them. The strap across the toes is different and these do not stay on my feet as my toes keep falling out. It is a narrow strap vs the old pairs have a strap the same width and material as the strap across the foot. I am very disappointed.

LOVE. Tried this style and the backstrap version, but the backstrap version's straps were too long and when tightened properly for my foot, they nearly dragged on the ground. This style, however, the straps are the perfect length for a perfect fit. Footbed is super comfortable compared to the previous pair of Merrell flip flops I tried previously, and the arch support hits at the correct spot compared to those flip flops (where it was too far forward under my foot).
