Normally wear size 11 in a lot of different brands, I'm 6'2 220lbs. Regular foot size and shape. The toebox on this shoe is very narrow, had a hard time even getting the shoe on, it was a very tight fit. I would suggest half to a full size larger than what your use to wearing. Returned for a larger size.
