Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

These look good but are tight around the top of the foot. I have narrow feet, too! I'm normally a 9 but got a 9.5 and put arches in these as they are flat and have very little padding. I know these are mat shoes but they are all looks and little comfort. Very tight and small for the size.
