Very nice boot. Straddles the line of casual-business casual for me perfectly, which is pretty much where I live now. The leather itself is supple and soft resulting in a very easy break-in, worn for a few hours around town at a time. I then took them on a 3-day trip to the city where I put a few miles on the boots without any discomfort. The color is rich and dark with the reddish brown hues more apparent in direct sunlight. I'm excited to see how the color develops with wear. There are some subtle creases on the vamp which is to be expected. I did replace the stock cotton laces with leather just because I like the look and hold a little better.

I have been wearing these for work, which means I have them on for 10 hours a day, 5 days a week for 2 weeks now and I am loving them. Very comfy to wear all day. The color looks great with all outfits. The suede looks and feels amazing. My only negatives are about the laces. They are a little short, but maybe I just need to get used to the style. They were also stiff at first from the waxing, making them harder to tie. They have softened considerably, making it much easier. Overall, very happy with these and hope to get many years of use from them.

This is definitely one of the legacy investing products in my closet. A well built, that goes on well and stays snug. The craftsmanship and intersection of suede with other material are thoroughly thought throughout and show in the product. Overall, very happy with this product, design and that it will function as a year round boot.

The moment I opened the box, I knew these were high end boots. I have owned several that were similar to this and you can tell a significant difference between even a mid grade to a high end boot. The quailty and feel of the leather. The quality of the sole. And just the overall look. The first evening I wore these out for a date night, I was complemented twice on my boots. Once by a female and once by a male. When you have both giving you a complement, you know you have a special boot. This seriously is an excellent boot and has instantly become one of my favorites in my wardrobe. I recommend anyone to try these out to see and feel the difference for yourself.
