I like these shoes but they ran 'big' for me. I usually wear a 12 M and that is the size I ordered. I liked them so much, that I just inserted an arch support and that took up the extra room and allowed a better fit.

The back sides leading to back of heel were hard and stiff and hurt back sides of feet. Tried to stretch. Padding helped but need to glue something soft. I added cotton into toes which helped length fit.
