I love how this shoe fits ! The L'Artiste brand runs a good length, so I needed to take only a size 38 in this ( and others) That is a 7.5-8 range. In other European shoes, I have often worn a size 39 ! I love the little heel, and the closed toe. Bring in more of these Zappos , in every color of the rainbow !

This shoe I was reticent to order. I felt like it would look TOO glossy and have a cumbersome look. In black I was prepared to not be as enamored.Not the case. The toe bed was just as it looked in the pictures. I was relieved to find them soft and comfortable. I have a problem with some of Spring Steps to have a problem with right ball of the foot, gladly not this shoe. They are comfortable and look good. They are better than the picture.

The red is a beautiful color and the leatherwork is pretty. I do not feel they are comfortable in the heel because although slightly padded, the rim of the heel portion cuts into the foot. There is no arch support and due to the style of the shoe, an insert would be visible. The style was okay, but the high vamp is not flattering nor is the extra wide strap. The heel height, leather, and sole of the shoe are very nice.

This is a great little heel. As with other L'Artiste shoes, I have found that I need to go a half size smaller. I believe that this shoe should be re-supplied by Zappos, because it is a good one, once you find your correct size! That is probably the reason that it is almost sold out !
