Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
The shoes were simultaneously too small and too big. My toes were a little crunched yet my heel would come out of the back every time I took a step. I got my usual UGG size. Cute but have to return unfortunately.

The opening of the bootie is so small, I couldn't even get my foot into it! The fit of this boot clearly needs to be redesigned, because there is absolutely no give the the opening.
