Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
Zappos recommended size (7, I usually wear a 7.5) was barely as long as my foot and the straps were very tight so I had to tug and pull to get them on properly. I thought of getting the straps wet and wearing them around to stretch them out, but because they're expensive I decided the best thing was to return them. I didn't want to get a 7.5 and risk more tight straps. They're nice sandals and might be good if you have a low instep.

Loved the way these shoes felt on my feet and they are so darling, but they were way to wide for my (not wide) feet and I was worried that they would cause me to fall. Bought the version with the back strap and I’m in love! Perfect shoe!

Beautiful shoe. Size was a bit larger than marked. Would like to exchange for half size smaller: 8.5 instead of 9.

I bought the Keen Elle Backstrap 2 years ago in 7.5. Bought these in 7.5 -- too small. Went up to an 8 -- too small. I'm not sure I'm going to order a THIRD time but I can at least confirm they run small and that they are as cute and comfy in person as I was hoping.
