Bought these because I needed waterproof boots and I could not justify paying 140 bucks on hunter boots. If you have wide feet or larger calf do not buy these. I would say that I have average size calves and average width feet. If they were any bigger or wider these boot would not work. These boots are just the right height. I was also surprised by how light weight they are, not clunky at all. Looking forward to the next rainy day!

I have had these boots for nearly one year and they have served me very well. I live on a ranch in southern, MO. We have lots of different weather. I wear these boots to feed cattle, clean horse stalls, walking in the tall grass, and anytime it is wet. They were warm enough I didn't have to use winter boots until it got in the 20's. I am going to get another pair as backups to the ones I have. Mostly because when I find a product that works for me companies seem to know and discontinue making the product or "improve" it so it no longers works for me. :-(

I love these boots and love the price even more. I originally purchased a pair of “Hunters” thinking, if you want a good boot why not buy the best......however, I did choke on the price a little. I have wide calves so I had to but the expandable back ones. I liked them, however they seems a little hard to get on and off. I wear a size 8 and purchased an 8. When I went to exchange them for a larger size, truly only to make them easier to get on and off, a loser fit, they didn’t have any larger sizes available. So I returned them. I liked the Hunters, but they are expensive and I just couldn’t see spending the money. I needed a good everyday boot to wear while taking the dogs out to play in the morning, in the soggy grass and to wear outside on rainy days. I found this pair and figured I would give them a try and definitely liked the price. I LOVE these boots. Again, I wear an 8 and because I wanted a slightly loser fit and something that would be easy to take on and off daily, I purchased a 9 and I am beyond happy with the fit and feel of them. They do not feel “to big” and are easily taken off and on daily and seems to be of good quality. These fit my 16 in calves nicely and I can wear them with leggings and have a little wiggle room. If you have the money, the Hunters were nice. However, if you want a good, solid, nice fitting, reasonably priced boot, buy these.

These exceeded my expectations! Not only is the price a steal, but the ankle also fits much closer than other rain boots I've tried, making these great for walking. And they fit comfortably over my 16" calves!

Felt perfect right out of the box. I have a wide foot and these 8M fit! Walked around in them for a few hours in rain and mud at a animal sanctuary. Loved them! I have problems with shoes with no arch support and these boots seemed fine for me. And no heel slippage. And what a great price! Might get another pair.
