I feel like Goldilocks. The 39 was too large, the 38 too small. There was NO arch support in the shoes that were too large..I was walking out of them! The ones that were too small had moderate arch support, but my toes would have poked holes in the front in a month had I worn them.
PLEASE! I need airy open slip-on shoes. Don't recommend Reiker. They were a disaster in every way.

I have been recovering from extensive ankle surgery and after 16 months can now return to wearing shoes. No more casts, boot, AFO brace, and over-sized athletic shoes. My hopes of celebrating with this lovely Josef Seibel shoe did not happen. There is no support or padding. JS shoes are a comfort shoe, with lots of padding. I own dozens of pairs. It was painful to have to send these cute shoes back, but I definitely need some arch support for my new ankle.
