The bag was nice but wasn't the one ordered. Herschel make two Kaslo bags a 30l which was what was order and a 20l which was received. The bag also arrive with no tags or labels to identify that it was brand new. Herschel products are extremely durable and well made. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending

Item arrived used. Zappos is just like amazon they repackage items and send them like new yet still charge like new. All the straps were loose and all the zippers were open
