Wool Shoe Leather Outsole

I was not expecting to like these slippers but I fell in love with them after a couple of hours. They are warm (wool is awesome), and keep my feet dry (which sweat when too warm). The leather bottom is just enough protection to walk around outside while still being able to "feel the ground". I prefer to be barefoot, and these are a perfect match for that preference since there's room in the toebox like I'm not wearing shoes and there's not much between my foot and the ground. I have long (size 10-11 depending on the shoe), narrow feet, and these fit really nicely without falling off my feet or being too tight. Highly recommend.

These slippers were very well made and the leather soles were nicely padded but not much arch support. I have a narrow heel and although the design of the shoe would prevent my foot from coming out of the slipper; the heels were riding up and down with every step. The opening of the shoe is limited so there is no way to wear socks with these slippers as socks would bunch up against the wool. I am going to keep looking as I want to find something secure on my feet that will not cause me to trip on stairs post-op hip surgery.

Fit perfect. I’m a 39 in EU sizes and they fit perfectly as slippers (just slightly loose as you’d expect a slipper to be.) They are comfortable and warm and quiet on wooden floors.

I wear a 36 in Birkenstock clogs so waffled between the 36 and 37. I ended up getting the 37 and they fit perfectly. I was hoping for more arch support given the price, but I am keeping them anyway!

I have narrow feet and very few slippers come in narrow width. But these work fine. Although they are a bit loose, they don't slip at the heel. They are very soft and warm. Would recommend.
