I am very pleased with this shoe, I always wear size 8 USA and purchased a size 39 EUR and it fit me perfectly. I have not experienced any heel rubbing or slipping off my heel, but I have only worn the shoes twice so hopefully that will not happen overtime. Fly London shoes typically don't have arch support and this one did not, but I purchased some and inserted them. I have found the shoe to be very comfortable.

I really wanted to love these. I love navy shoes with a rugged heels...however it was NOT comfortable. It was a bit big but very awkward to walk in. To pay that much $$$; was not worth it to me.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I wear a 9-9.5 M and in other fly shoes have ordered size 41 and they fit but these like another reviewer mentioned slip off the back of my foot even with think socks or peds on. With a stocking, forget it, completely slips off. I am debating trying a smaller size because the style is cute, they are comfortable and I LOVE the elastic at the ankles. I always end up with shoes rubbing and then creating blisters so I was thrilled to see this style offered with flex fabric (elastic) around the ankles. I am just disappointed they kept slipped as I walked in them and pulled my sock down as well. I always try them on in the home first to make sure they are going to work so not sure how well they'd be comfortable on long walks or travel which is why I bought them but for the price they have to fit right.
