Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I bought these because they are cute but also look like they would be comfortable. They are cute, but they are very uncomfortable and hard. There is no give in the arch or sole. Not good for even just routine walking. I love Eileen Fisher shoes but these are a miss.
