LOVE these shoes but the back rubs on my heel. Sad to send them back but the size and a half larger were too loose.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
This pair is marked a 9..it's a 10. As I seen it out of the box..it looked big. I can put my finger down the heel and still have room. They have a padded insole which I do like but if the shoes aren't fitting properly then it's a NO. I do have bunions..it was Okay but I'm going to avoid the pointed toe in dressy shoes..overtime it's going to cause an issue with the strap in the front. Great heel height..looks nice. Material is iridenscent look to it..pretty cool for any outfit. Too bad on sizing and for me the front band.

It was so narrow at the toe box that no person could have gotten their toes in there. I was so disappointed that these did not fit. I need them for a special event! Please tell the company to improve the shoe and reintroduce it!
