I usually have good luck with this brand and have several shoes by them. I ordered my usual 8W. It was so narrow I could not get my foot all the way in, even with releasing the darker buckle to open the top a little. Very narrow. Returning.

I am going to have to donate them, while they fit, something in the support (or lack of) caused my right knee (behind the knee) swell after wearing one day, and I could not walk at all as a result. I could not stand and my leg collapsed. worn once so cannot return.
