Gorgeous shoe but it was too loose in the heel. I tried many different remedies as I was desperate to make the shoes work, but alas, I must return them. I ordered the same size as other D Pilner shoes I own and the length was right. Really a very classy looking shoe.

Wonderful shoe. I orered and second shoe by mistake. One shoe was the plain heel and this one had crocodile skin on the heel. I am returning it because the animal skin makes it a litle more casual and I don't need two black pumps. I highly recommend it to others!
