Love these Dolce Vita Reyes flats. They are comfortable and can be worn with dresses or jeans. This is my second pair. My first was the red color and loved them so much I wanted a neutral color as well.

The edge of the shoe cuts in at the top of your toes, making them particularly uncomfortable. They're so cute, I just couldn't see myself wearing them all day.

Elegant and current/on-trend without being obnoxious, the ivory color in particular is so classy and pairs with everything. Also had more cushion underfoot than I was expecting!
