These shoes were great at first... they did not last. I wore them 3xs a week for work and they lasted roughly 4 months before the sole separated from the shoe. I contacted Customer Service and the said "we do not accept worn shoes". If Zappos won't stand behind the products they sell then I will look elsewhere for my footwear needs. Bye Zappos!!!

Great shoe! It fits well and is comfortable. Note, I had to make two separate returns/purchases to get the right size as it seems the Docker's run a bit larger than my other brands. Nonetheless I am very pleased and definitely a fan of Zappos return policy and shipment time frames!
