Color different from the image. And it was bigger than usual size 39 that I've been wearing from Dansko for many years. Also, the shoe is flimsy -- the suede started folding and sinking almost right away, and the toes picked up every scuff in sight. Not the quality I expect from Dansko, especially for the price.

I purchased the black Dansko Merrin clog in a size 11.5-12 (42). I wear an 11 W and this shoe had enough width and toe room to accommodate my foot comfortably. I had to wear one of my thinner pairs of socks. It's not clear from the description, but the buckle is not functional. The buckle is decorative and the strap closes with velcro. There is no elastic in the strap at all. I did keep the shoes as I wanted a casual pair that was easy on and off.

I usually don’t leave reviews. This shoe was comfort right from the start. Lower than other Danskos, could tighten the strap easily with the Velcro, wore all day and no problems for my old feet. I wear 39 in all other Danskos and got 39 in these. Fit perfect.

I like the style and it should be very comfortable but my arch is very high so it was too tight to comfortably get my foot in. Have had tge same problem with the last several pairs I've received from Dansko. Will be returning b try another brand.

Very comfortable on my very sensitive feet. I typically wear either an 8 or 8.5 (38 or 39). In these, a 38 fit perfectly.
