Hooray! Frankie say relax, definitely do it! At first slip on, these take me back to my first pair of Dansko boots in the late 90s that I wore almost daily for 10 years. Then bought another pair, which a cobbler has been polishing up for 10 years. Finally the same amazing support and fit has returned to the Frankie. Dansko, you're back in my heart. Thank you thank you. The arch support is like an old friend, heel wedge not too steep, fit is perfect, top ankle hits in the right place. I LOVE these. Have worn them 10 minutes in my pajamas and they are Not. Coming. Off. :) :)

I'll start with the fact that I mainly shop online and NEVER write reviews! But I wore this model of Dansko in the late 90's and early 2000s bartendering/waiting tables. Then all of the sudden, they no longer made them?! So happy they're back. Literally walked home from work today (wearing my Maria Danskos) and put these on. They felt like clouds for my feet. Heavenly. I ordered a 39 and wear a 9M. Fit great. So much more support than the Maria's. Maybe not as cute? I'm not sure yet. Totally a personal taste thing. But I love them!

These booties were almost perfect, and if I needed them for standing long periods of time on a perfectly flat floor, I would have kept them. Unfortunately, I bought these hoping I would get the comfort of my favorite clogs, but with some added ankle support for my clumsy movements, and these guys were just not tall enough to do the job. I’d really love it if Dansko and Dr Martins could have a love child of a boot, then I could stand *and* walk with confidence all day! If you don’t twist your ankle constantly like I do, then you lucky clog wearer you, these will be perfect for long days in cooler weather.

I have been a fan of Professional Dansko but used to turn my ankle occasionally and worry that I would eventually really hurt myself. These are much more stable. I wear a 39 in the Professional style and the 39 in these fit me perfectly. I even wear them on long walks and they feel great.
