Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)I have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. I have to wear business casual and I have been on the struggle bus with my feet. So much pain from regular flats, my instep is so high so I don’t do well with shoes that come up past my toes and over my foot.
These are great!!! I find I need the top strap to be rather snug so the shoes don’t slip but for me, with a high instep and a bit of a wide toe box, they are it! I will he saving up for the red pair.
I am a 9.5 who normally needs a 10 to compensate for width and instep- the 40 is perfect for me.
I am glad I did not size down like other reviewers said.

I’ve been wearing Danskos since they were first shipped to the US 2 decades ago and these are really one of the most comfortable clogs I’ve gotten from them. They had a time there recently when reviews weren’t good, for good reasons with construction. But if these are to go by, they’ve gotten they act together again. Yeah.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)This a superb shoe. Comfortable, stable footbed distributes your weight. Good for standing. Strap with Velcro holds the foot in place when walking. Looks good. This is my main shoe with slacks for the office. I have it in black and in red. I wear this in 40 and the Shawna in 41. The Beatrice has a wider toe box. The Shawna looks a bit more dainty, a bit narrower. Both good for professional attire. The Beatrice is my favorite. At home and on Saturday errands, I wear the black Ingrid clog in 40. Thank you Dansko for these excellent, supportive shoes that keep me stable and don’t trigger my plantar fasciitis. And thank you Zappos for letting me try different sizes and styles with wonderful next day shipping and free returns. I LOVE Zappos!
