I would recommend Men's Reign No shine Jacket. Best Jacket I have had in a long time. I stayed dry and warm out fishing all day in the pouring rain with no problems. Very comfortable to wear out walking, hiking and backpacking. I like that the neck area comes up high on my neck for my protection. The Jacket keeps me dry and warm no matter what the conditions are.
