You don't often see slingbacks these days, and the Vandam in navy patent is an absolute classic. The 2.5" heel is perfect for those of us who can't wear 3"+ but want an elegant mid-height heel. Note to Cole Haan: bring this style out in black patent too!

Beautiful shoe just not as comfy and some others I have. Toe rubbed a little, not enough for a blister but enough that it bothered me. However, I wore them and was on my feet without a break for 6 hours in them. Overall I'd probably purchase again.

I love these shoes! They are absolutely beautiful and very true to Cole Haan; however I definitely would recommend sizing up a half size. I am a 7.5 on the narrow side and always wear 7.5 medium at Cole Haan, but the 7.5 in these was extremely tight and not viable if you need to walk more than 3 steps. I bought an 8 and it fit so much better. The 7.5 and the 8 were basically the same length, but the 8 had slightly more room width-wise and in the sole.
