Reasonably comfortable shoe that looks good. A little long. Problem is the rubber heel wears down quickly and the heel can't be repaired as its hollow and part of a 1 piece sole.

The heel of these shoes is so tall that it makes walking awkward. The largest complaint I have with this pair of dress shoes is the comfortable factor, they are not comfortable. The material around the ankle that wraps to the front where the laces are literally feels like its just hard plastic pushing into my foot when I walk. I was hoping that these would break in some but its been almost three months and they are the same. They definitely hold up well and don't need to be shined like my Johnston & Murphy's but they are also not in the same league of shoe. My toes also feel crowded, especially in my right shoe for some reason. Overall, they met the need I had for a shoe without a hole in the sole (don't wear leather soles in the winter salt, snowy months), but they are not something I would like to wear long term. I cant wait to get home and take these shoes off most days. Very disappointing! At least they look good.

Very comfortable pretty much right out of the box. They work as formal footwear, but also business casual due to the leather looking nice, but not overly glossy. These are exactly what I wanted in a black formal/business casual shoe.
