I wear 2N width, but someone decided that Narrow is Narrow. This is very far from the truth ,so when I order AA width I am receiving shoes that are too wide for my feet so my feet slide down to the toes and have loose gaps around the heels. Someone please advise manufacturers to go back to making shoes that fit customers feet and don't cater to the European models.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
The color and style were just right. The right shoe, right outer side is cut slightly different and feels higher. After 3 wearings, this resulted in very tender spot which is painful after a few minutes. Returning purchase.
