These are beautiful!!! The ornaments are like super high end shoes and look gorgeous. The problem was not the shoe, it was my sisters feet. I ordered a 6.5 M and they were big, returned and got a 6M and were tight. Thank you Zappos for being such a wonderful company. Easy ordering and easy returning.
