This is the second time I have purchased these shoes. I use them for Lindy Hopping and other forms of social dance. They are perfect for this purpose: cute, streamline, and excellent leather sole -- great for spinning. I don't need and don't want arch support.

The description claimed the outsole was leather, and they appeared to be smooth leather with a rubber portion on the heel. The entire sole is made of a rubberized material. Unfortunately, I did not discover this until after the soles had been scuffed. Otherwise, nice shoes - but misleading description.

Bought these for my mom, who needed a pair of lavender ballet flats. She cut out the instep strap as she doesn't like those, but otherwise she's very happy with them - they're very cute, they are the perfect color, and they stay on her feet (sometimes she has trouble with ballet flats falling off her feet).
