- The Brooks® Ghost Trail is a trail-ready shoe, offering plush cushioning, rugged traction, and waterproof protection for off-road adventures. Designed for runners who love the soft ride of the Ghost but need trail-specific features, the Ghost Trail combines DNA LOFT v2 cushioning with a TrailTack rubber outsole for grip on wet and dry surfaces. The upper is reinforced with durable overlays and a protective toe cap, while the segmented crash pad ensures smooth heel-to-toe transitions even on uneven terrain.

These Brooks Ghost Trail shoes are great! I've been wearing Ghost for several years and replace them every three months as I walk 50 miles per week in all sorts of temperatures and weather. The shoe is more cushioned than the Ghost 17 and the all-terrain traction bottom makes every step a solid one. I'm looking forward to wearing them on snowy and icy roads this winter.
