I sent this back, nothing like the old chaser other than size. Mot flattering at all and the pocket was worthless on the side. I guess I will be looking to a different brand for my new favorite shorts. Bummer, I loved the old version

These shorts are the perfect addition to my running wardrobe. I run a few times a week so I am always looking for more gear to add to my collection. I am a big fan of the color and overall design of the shorts. The fabric is light and breathable; perfect for running. The high waistband with drawstrings are great to ensure a comfortable fit. The length and loose shorts are a great combination of modest and practical. The only thing I would change about these shorts is that the inner lining is a bit tight. Overall very happy with them.

Prefer the original Chaser. The zipper on the side doesnt lay flat. Theres more material around the legs than the original Chaser.

These are by far the best running shorts Ive ever used. Im on the taller side (58) and always struggle to find shorts that are comfortable, stay put, and dont run too short. They have a short tight liner that I found helped keep them in place while running. Ive used them for a few weeks and they were indeed chafe-free. They were also functional with storage to hold essentials while out for a run. I found that these shorts run fit true to size. Aside from the comfort and functionality, these shorts were also flattering.

The Brooks Women Chaser 5 Short 2.0 are my new favorite shorts! The color I have on is Neo Cayenne and it is so vibrant and bright. I have a walking pad at home in my basement and I constantly find myself reaching for these shorts. I got them in a size L and Im about 165lbs give or take. They are so comfortable and stay put in the waistband, plus there is an adjustable draw cord. These shorts dont restrict you and provide a full range of motion. They are very lightweight and it feels like you have nothing on! Im 56 and the length is perfect for me and provides the right amount of coverage. I love that there is enough room in the leg area for walking, running, and stretching. Now I need a pair of these shorts in every color.
