Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)
After wearing the shoe 6 times over 6 months, the sole has separated from the rest of the shoe! Zappos customer service was not able to help. Clearly this is a manufacturer's defect. I love BORN shoes because they are comfortable and last a very long time. Not in this case.
