This is actually the first time I've felt like leaving a review. Finding comfortable flats has always been a huge problem for me. I have a wide toe box but a narrow heal, so often shoes will fit one way but no the other. I also have plantar fasciitis, a painful condition I most likely received from wearing flat shoes with bad support. These shoes are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes that I have ever bought. They have the support, they fit snugly around my heel and don't pinch my toe box. It's like they were made for my oddly shaped feet. Only wish they had some more exciting colors to choose from otherwise I would be buying at least 3 more pairs.

Contrary to some other reviews, I found these ran very true to size. They fit like a glove right out of the box, no break-in needed. I have the gold color, which another reviewer noted as looking cheap and fake - I disagree. They are a very nice, neutral gold, with some sheen to them but not obnoxiously shiny; I would say the photos here on Zappos are very accurate as to the color, so I cannot see the color as being much of a surprise out of the box unless you did not look at the pictures beforehand. The arch support is good for flats, no rubbing/chafing at the heel (which is my biggest aggravation with ballet flats). Overall, these are nice, versatile, comfortable flats. I am satisfied with them.

This is a GREAT Shoe. At first I was a bit worried about ordering this shoe because of another review that said it ran small and the leather was too hard. Boy am I glad I took the chance! This is a VERY Comfortable shoe...so comfortable I bought 3 pairs (black,red and tan). It is not a "hard" shoe at all and it was true to size. I wear a 7.5M. If you are a standard shoe size and M width, this shoe will fit. The shoe also has a great cushioned sole - I've been having issues with flat shoes where they are so flat that I get pain in my heels and calf muscle. This shoe provides great cushion and arch support for a flat shoe. I think the shoe is worth the money. I recommend this shoe.

My biggest complaint with these shoes is that they show a lot of wear pretty early on. I bought these about 6 months ago and they are really scuffed up especially around the heel and toe area, even though I only wear them to work. It's almost as if the color has rubbed off. Pretty disappointing since I made an intentional decision to spend more than I normally would in hopes the shoes would last longer. They also took quite a long time to break in.

I live in New York and was in need of a reliable, comfortable flat for work. These have good support and cushion and were comfortable from the minute I put them on to the end of a long day running around town from train to train and meeting to meeting.
