These are great sandals, very comfy, a beautiful neutral shade of gray. I am an 8, or 39 euro; the footbed is the right size, the strap/thong seems a bit loose. They FEEL slightly too big, but aren’t. A fuller foot would be comfortable in these, I think. But I like ‘em anyway. Note, you sink a bit into the footbed, so the outer ridge might be felt at the edges of your feet if you are wider.

Shoes look good, but no way I could wear them. The toe bit felt like jagged glass stabbing between my toes with every step. Seriously sharp. Impossible to overlook. No way to break in without excruciating pain. Too bad. I have Born shoes which are so comfortable. No idea what happened here other than no-one bothered to try them out on a person beforehand.

I love Born sandals and always wear a 7M although I am a true 7.5M in general. The toe post in these felt like knives! And they are so wide that they flew right off my feet. I find this to be an ongoing problem with Born sandals that they are almost always too wide but they are almost always very comfortable so it was surprising & sad that the toe post was so painful. I have been asking Born for years to offer their sandals in narrow if they are going to continue designing them to be so wide. I would buy these in every color if the toe post was comfortable and if they werent so wide.
