The shoe is very stiff. The toe box is very narrow. Unfortunately going up a size will not alleviate this. These are really beautiful shoes and if you have a narrow foot, the M width might suit you.

Beautiful shoes but they run way too small and narrow. I had to return them and I’m waiting for the next size up. I always wear 6 1/2 and I couldn’t even get my foot in them. Let’s hope the next size up fits

This is my first pair of Betsey Johnson shoes and I am totally impressed! The fit is true to size, they are comfortable and absolutely beautiful!
