Cute but runs big. I'm a standard size 8 and my heel was slipping out when I tried walking in them. If I order them again, I'd order a half size down. That said, I don't know if I will. Birdies seems to have changed their design and they just aren't as comfortable as they use to be. Don't get me wrong, these shoes aren't exactly uncomfortable. But the shoes are stiffer than they use to be and they come up much higher on the sides, which means that they rub at the underside of my ankles and I imagine would cause irritation if I tried walking all day in them. This is the third style I've bought and returned over this same issue. Disappointing.
