The repeat mesh upper helps provide good breathability and features a lace-up design. These lace-up sneakers are made of an EVA insole and polyester lining. They are designed to provide good comfort for a range of activities. Their AMPLIFOAM + cushioning provides soft cushioning with a responsive rebound. I like these. Theyre really comfortable, feel good running pavement, and treadmill. I havent tried them on dirt yet. 7.5 was perfect for me. I like support without feeling like Im running on marshmallows. I typically wear size 8 Brooks Ghost 15. I have a high arch, underpronate on my right foot, neutral left. My heel is skinny but the ball of my foot is wide-ish. Its hard to find good running shoes!

They did not feel like they had enough cushion..tried wearing then inside house for 2 days..did not feel comfortable
