These shoes arrived with a handwritten note stating that the ankle strap was ripped and needed repair. Additionally, a second pair of shoes was found in the box, which I had not ordered. Please refund

Very disappointed in Zappos. This shoe (and another that I purchased) was listed with an inaccurate heel height. This was listed as 3 inches and it measures right at 4. Returning.
