These are great! In my opinion, they fit exactly like the Lone Peaks - true to size. They're basically the same shoe but w/out the intense tread on the bottom. They're super comfy right out of the box. Not super cute but we don't wear these for style, do we?

The toe box was lopped off toward the outside making my toes hit the inside. This made the shoe feel shorter and narrower. The fit has been changed. I have worn the previous iteration of the Solstice and really liked them. I am disappointed in Xt3.

The original Solstice was soooo comfortable. Now Altra decides to narrow the forefoot and it is very uncomfortable. My feet go numb wearing these shoes. Altra should go back to the original design.

Not the usual Altra fit. I've had several pairs of Altra shoes, these don't fit me like the other ones. This shoe feels quite narrow. It also feels like there is too much padding in the heel cup, causing an odd gap near the outside of my ankle.

Altra changed the Solstice. The forefoot is way too narrow in this new model. This used to be my favorite shoe, but now my forefoot goes numb after wearing.
