Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I read the reviews and everyone claimed that these slide ran big. I’m a 10.5 , so I ordered a size 10. Guess what? They are to small and the 11 is sold out. So much for reviews being a good thing for making a decision. These slides definitely run true to size .

These slides are very comfortable and are gorgeous on my feet, got many compliments. I’m usually a size 9 but had to order a size 8 since they run big and I tried them before.

I have ordered these slides two different times , months apart and for some reason Zappos keep sending me the wrong ( biggie) slide. They cannot get it right.!!!
