Per many of your shoe size listing, it is inaccurate. An American women's size 13 is not an EU 43. Size 13 is more accurately somewhere in the vicinity of a 44-45 EU. The ZAPPOS shoe sizing chart doesnt even show a size 13.
The boots were well made and quite lovely. Due to inaccurate sizing, i will be unhappily returning
