The straps over the foot and around the heel are way too big. The strap does not have enough holes to properly secure to the foot and cannot be tightened more for narrow/flat feet or skinny ankles. The shoe is super cute so I'm willing to try with a smaller size.

Very sad about these shoes as the suede materials used is terrible. It almost looks like maybe the shoes got wet during shipping? The suede looks worn especially around the edges of the shoes, the seams and the heels. They fit well and are very comfortable, but I’m returning them as the suede looks awful. Sad.

LOVE these shoes!! SO comfortable! Love the suede! I'm a bit of a klutz in heels, but the heel/platform height is perfect! They were a bit wider than I expected, which I actually prefer than too snug by my toes. Love them! I ordered the black suede, too!
